Meet Amalia

Movement has always been a huge part of my life.

My introduction to Pilates began during my time at ballet school, where I was first introduced to it as a way of developing strength, control and body awareness. Although I explored other areas of fitness and movement over the years, I kept coming back to Pilates because of how effective it is—not just for exercise, but for helping people move well.

That passion eventually led me to become a qualified Pilates teacher, specialising in both Reformer and Mat Pilates.

What I love most about Pilates is that it meets you exactly where you are. Whether you’re completely new to movement, returning after a break, recovering from injury, or simply wanting to feel stronger and more capable, Pilates provides a foundation that benefits every body.

Outside the studio, I enjoy a wide range of activities including running, skiing, tennis and strength training. Pilates has played a huge role in helping me perform these activities with greater confidence, improving my balance, mobility, flexibility, coordination and mind-body connection. It’s become the foundation that supports everything else I do.

As a teacher, nothing is more rewarding than seeing clients discover what their bodies are capable of. Watching someone move with greater ease, stand taller, build confidence and enjoy everyday life with fewer limitations is why I do what I do.

My aim is simple: to help you move better, feel stronger and enjoy your body with confidence through mindful and effective personalised Pilates.
